DAMAGE PROTECTION PLAN
A&M utvrentals, LLC DOES NOT OFFER ANY TYPE OF INSURANCE!
Please review our Waiver which will have to be signed by all drivers and passengers.
We do provide damage protection for a $50 per day fee with a $2,000.00 credit card transaction (pre-authorization) and cover damage only for the unit you drive. We charge the $2,000.00 pre-authorization up front on a separate credit card transaction when you pick up the utv and return the authorization when the unit is returned in the same condition you began renting it. Your card is not charged $2,000 - it pre-authorizes us to take up to $2,000 if there is damage to the machine. The pre-authorization eliminates a $2,000 charge to your card and waiting for your bank to return it to you.This coverage only extends to damage to the unit you rent and operate. The damage protection fee for $50 per day, per unit, is non-refundable.
INSURANCE: You are liable for bodily injury or property damage. You can either assume the liability or you can buy coverage through your agent.
THE DAMAGE PROTECTION PLAN ONLY PROTECTS PHYSICAL DAMAGE TO THE MACHINE YOU RENT IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT AS LONG AS:

You are on a designated trail in the normal course of driving the UTV.

You are not acting in a reckless manner, speeding over the marked limit, and using care. Examples may be jumping berms, ditches, obstacles, excessive speeding, racing or driving too fast around walkers, bikers and other vehicles.

You are not intoxicated.

You are not violating any DNR regulation, county or state law.
Damage Protection does not cover any bodily injury to you, passengers, or to other third-party individuals you may harm, that’s what insurance can provide if you are covered properly.
By signing the liability waiver, you promise to assume all bodily injury and property damage liability for yourself, other passengers, and other third parties you may harm.
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU CONTACT YOUR INSURANCE AGENT A FEW WEEKS BEFORE ENGAGING IN ANY RENTAL ACTIVITY. Although most insurance carriers either exclude or limit both liability and physical damage, some carriers can add this coverage for a small charge.
NO WARRANTY - NO INSURANCE PROVIDED - INHERENTLY DANGEROUS ACTIVITY A&M utvrentals, LLC makes NO WARRANTY of any kind, nature or description, express or implied, as to the quality and manufacture, safety, drivability or fitness for any particular purpose of any ATV/UTV or equipment covered by this agreement. The undersigned and any additional riders identified herein accept any vehicle or other equipment provided by A&M utvrentals, LLC in its “as is” condition with all faults. I (We) the undersigned hereby acknowledges that driving ATV/UTV(s) with other like vehicles and riders, is an inherently dangerous activity and carries risks of serious personal injury, property damage, or death. I (We) also know that there are normal, mechanical and environmental conditions and risks which independently or in combination with my activities may cause injury or even death to me or others, as well as property damage. I (We) know that operating ATV/UTV(s) has been the cause of serious injury and death in the past, because of the risks inherent in operation of the vehicle/s itself as well as where and how they are operated. A&M utvrentals, LLC strongly urges the renter and other riders to have medical insurance prior to engaging in this activity. A&M utvrentals, LLC does not provide medical insurance and advises that serious injuries can be financially devastating. I (We) the undersigned and any additional rider represented below hereby personally accept all risks and liabilities of this activity. It has been explained to me (us) that I (we) the undersigned that by executing this document I (we) am giving up important legal rights. It is my (our) further intention to give up those rights and in good faith to relieve and release A&M utvrentals, LLC of any duty legally owed to me (us) in relation to the conduct of this activity.
